When you've are sure you have choice of repairer, lodge the claim with your insurance company and let them know you will be coming to Sampson's Car Repairs for a quote.

After you have lodged your claim, your insurance company will send us a request to provide them with a quote and photos of the damage to assess and authorise, once we receive that request, that will prompt us to make contact to arrange a time to inspect the damage.

We'll contact you to book in repairs once we have received the authority to carry out the repairs.
