After you have lodged your claim, your insurance company will send us a request to provide them with a quote and photos of the damage to assess and authorise, once we receive that request, that will prompt us to make contact to arrange a time to inspect the damage.
Once we have received the authority to carry out the repairs, we’ll contact you to get you booked in.
